We have rebuilt eRedaktør from the ground up. Here are the highlights: the features we think you will love the most, and a few that truly change the way you work with your website.
Imagine saying "Create a page about our cabins with photos and a button to book", and it's done. That is now reality.
The new eRedaktør can be connected to AI assistants like Claude, Grok, Copilot and Cursor. You write what you want in plain words, and the assistant does the work right in your website: it creates pages, writes texts, adds images, updates menus, builds newsletters, adds events to your calendar and sets up products in your shop.
The technology behind it is called MCP (Model Context Protocol). You don't need to know how it works. Think of it as a safe connection between the AI assistant and eRedaktør, a bit like giving a colleague access to your website, except this colleague works at lightning speed and never gets tired.
The assistant can only do what you allow, using its own keys that you can limit or switch off at any time.
Every change is saved in the version history, so you can go back with one click. And everything is logged, so you can see what was done.
Write your own instructions about tone, style and rules, and the assistant follows them every time.
Some stories deserve more than a regular page. With scrollytelling, your story unfolds scene by scene as the reader scrolls: big full-screen pictures, short texts and numbers that count up. You pick the scenes and add your pictures and words, and eRedaktør takes care of the rest.
The online shop is built right into your website. Products with variants and prices, coupons and promotions, and payment with Vipps or card.
